Since 2011, Room with a View has stood on the foundation of craftsmanship that matters, design that speaks, and a commitment to creating spaces that feel as good as they look. But our story doesn’t start with blueprints—it starts with a belief....

Great homes are more than structures—they're stories not yet written, built with heart, rooted in place, and crafted to last. Both the people who build those homes as well as live in them are the ones who really matter. We're invested in our employees as a family as well as the greater community of people we serve!

I'm Jason Wells, and I have 15+ years experience after starting my career in an apprenticeship with a structural background. I discovered a passion for building, remodeling, and a deep investment in customer relationships. My wife and I live in Chico with our kids & cats, and spend our free time traveling and enjoying our multiple children & grandchildren play sports on the weekends. This family-oriented focus constantly reminds all of us at Room With a View that "building well" means building with intention, respect, and care. Let's build something together!
